Deposit & Refund Policy:
Our services and products do not require a deposit. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or upon entering into a service agreement. Since all products and services are paid in full upfront, we do not offer refunds for contracts that have been fulfilled. If a government agency should need to cancel a contract for any reason the agency will need to contact Savant Contracting directly within 48 hours, prior to products being ordered or services being rendered to be eligible for a refund. By entering into a contract with Savant Contracting, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Contract Fulfillment Information:
The time required to fulfill a government contract depends on several factors, including the type of contract, the complexity of the products or services, and the specific agency requirements.
